Based on 1st party data from nearly 9 Million Samsung TVs in the UK, the report explores how the increased ease of discoverability and app “surfing” are driving new Smart TV behaviours, signalling the end of a decade long ad-free TV streaming experience.

Following the report we dove straight into a fireside discussion hosted by our Chief Economist Daniel Knapp who was joined by expert guests Kasia Jablonska, Director of Digital and OnDemand at BBC Studios, and Jenn Batty, Head of Content at Samsung TV Plus, who explored the Streaming ecosystem and the rapid rise of FAST.
