Townsend Feehan is CEO of IAB Europe. Prior to joining IAB Europe, Townsend worked for Microsoft Legal & Corporate Affairs in Brussels and ran EU industry associations in the ICT, consumer electronics and biotechnology sectors. She previously represented Microsoft on IAB Europe’s Board. Townsend has an M. Phil. in European policy from the University of Edinburgh.
Helen Mussard is the Chief Marketing Officer for IAB Europe. As well as leading all marketing, communication and PR initiatives for IAB Europe, Helen manages IAB Europe’s industry committees to promote industry collaboration to deliver frameworks, standards and industry programmes that enable business to thrive in the European market. Helen joined IAB Europe from global AdTech company, Vibrant Media, where she was VP of Global Marketing. Prior to joining Vibrant in New York, Helen lived in London and Berlin working both agency-side and in-house for TV channels, government organizations and digital start-ups.
A telecoms engineer by training, Franck is an experienced Brussels political adviser, with expertise in the digtial advertising, social media, telecoms and cybersecurity sectors. He also has first-hand experience of the workings of the European Commission in humanitarian aid and civil protection.
At IAB Europe, Franck engages with and responds to the EU digital agenda and wider trends and changes in digital advertising policy and regulation.
Ninon leads the privacy-oriented work of IAB Europe and oversees the TCF compliance programmes. She has previously worked at Leboncoin Group in Paris, responsible for ePrivacy & GDPR legal compliance for advertising operations, and at Sirdata on data protection where she took part in developing a commercial Consent Management Platform. Prior to Sirdata, she worked as consultant for an advisory firm in strategy, crisis communications & public affairs.
Lauren is the Marketing & Communications Director for IAB Europe. Lauren brings 10+ years working in digital media and leads the association's content and communications strategy. She is tasked with ensuring IAB Europe has consistent messaging across all communication efforts and plays a key role in leading the Sustainability work stream.
Marie-Clare is the Industry Development & Insights Director for IAB Europe. Marie-Clare has spent 10+ years in the digital advertising and marketing industry leading collaborative projects, research and events. She is tasked with driving IAB Europe's industry engagement and initiatives within Retail Media as well as owning the association’s industry research and insights outputs and roadmap.
Amy is the Marketing & Events Manager at IAB Europe, where she oversees the seamless execution of events from planning to completion. She also contributes significantly to content development for IAB Europe's key marketing and communication channels, working closely with industry committees and development initiatives to advance the association’s marketing goals. With over 15 years of senior leadership experience in the fashion industry, Amy also brings a wealth of design expertise to her role.
As a Public Policy Manager, Inés monitors EU policy, legislative developments and plans, executes the advocacy strategy of the organisation, and serves as an EU institutional liaison related to the online media and advertising industry. She joins the IAB team with experience at the European Commission in International Data Flows and Protection through the BlueBook programme and has legal experience in data protection and corporate law. Inés holds a Master’s in Legal Practice as well as a dual Bachelor’s in Business & Law from Carlos III University of Madrid (UC3M), which she earned through studies in Spain, Germany and the USA.
As HR and Operations Manager at IAB Europe, Marjorie is responsible for human resources, general administration, and process excellence. She oversees the operation of the IAB Europe HQ in Brussels, co-owns the financial and budget management and the "rhythm of business" with the CEO.
Prior to joining IAB Europe, Marjorie worked for IWG plc as a Community Manager, looking after administration and finance.
Colombe holds a BA in Art History, an MA in Business Communications, and an MBA. She has 10 years of experience in the digital advertising industry, working on significant industry programmes and frameworks e.g. Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF). Prior to her involvement with IAB Europe, Colombe worked at Microsoft Europe and as a Consultant on Communications projects for the European Commission.
Hasan is the Senior Manager, Administration & Compliance at IAB Europe. His main responsibility includes managing the technical aspects of the Transparency & Consent Framework (Global Vendor List & CMPs). He also looks after the vendor compliance programme and troubleshoots issues. Additionally, he provides general administrative support.
Prior to his involvement with IAB Europe, Hasan worked as Assistant Manager Administration at Noor Takaful Insurance and Noor Bank in Dubai, UAE for 9 years.
Dimitris drives IAB Europe’s initiatives in sustainability, offering educational resources and in-depth emissions analysis while contributing to industry standards for digital channels. He also leads the AI Working Group, focusing on the impact of artificial intelligence on the digital ecosystem, and supports market intelligence efforts through advanced research and analytical insights.
Before joining IAB Europe, Dimitris worked at CNN International Commercial and was a founding member of Blue Marble Energy Services. Dimitris obtained a BSc (Hons) in Economics, Statistics, and Mathematics from Queen Mary University of London.
Gosia is a Privacy & Compliance Officer at IAB Europe. As a privacy lawyer she supports the Privacy Director in overseeing and managing Working Groups that contribute to shaping the Transparency and Consent Framework and in the development of privacy compliance programmes. Prior to joining the IAB Europe, Gosia worked at RTB House as a junior in-house lawyer in the Data Privacy Team. She holds a Master degree in Law and completed post-graduate studies in IT & TMT law as well as personal data protection law.
As a Public Policy Officer, Nina monitors EU policy and legislative developments. She is the policy lead on AI and coordinates the organisation's podcast and newsletter, ‘Policy Matters.’ She graduated from Leiden University with an MA in International Relations and joined IAB Europe after gaining experience at the UN, a women’s rights NGO, and Euractiv.
Tawfik works as Administrative Coordinator at IAB Europe. His role entails supporting the HR and Operations Manager in the daily running of the association. He also provides support to the team in the management of business travel, meetings and administration. With over 5 years' experience in a management function, Tawfik will help to improve administrative procedures and processes.
In parallel with his work for IAB Europe, he is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry in evening classes.
Thomas Duhr is Executive Vice-President Interactive at IP Deutschland GmbH and Chairman of the IAB Europe Board. Additionally he serves as Vice-President within the Executive Board of BVDW (representing IAB Germany) responsible for data, technology, politics and international.
Jon is the recently appointed Chief Executive of the IAB UK, the trade body representing the digital advertising industry. The IAB’s role is to unite the industry with 1,200 members, including media owners, agencies and brands. Jon’s vision stems from the belief that digital is the smartest way for brands to reach and wow their customers. His mission is to re-assert the positives of digital. He has been at the IAB since 2008, joining as the first Head of Mobile before stepping up to become Director of Mobile and Operations and then the IAB's first Chief Operating Officer. Prior roles include Head of Marketing for Orange portals team, controlling the trade and consumer marketing strategies and media research. Jon has featured as number 10 in The Drum’s Mobile Top 50 and has spoken on numerous high profile platforms. He is fascinated with technology and known in the industry for his witty banter.
Pierre is an expert in public policy and regulation, currently serving as the Deputy CEO responsible for public affairs at IAB France since 2021. He has an extensive background, having also fulfilled the role of Chair of the Policy Committee at IAB Europe for the last two years.

Reyes Justribó is IAB Spain General Manager since June 2018. Previous to this position she had management positions in different multinational companies such as DDB Madrid, Nokia and Microsoft.
With a Degree in Marketing and a Master in Sales&Marketing, Reyes has led diverse and multicultural teams all around Europe and Latam on Marketing and Sales responsibilities during her career.
IAB Spain is one of the leader associations in its home country with a great base of associates including the whole digital ecosystem, and very active on promoting and defending the further development of the digital industry.
Luis Marinho-Falcão has headed operations at IAB Portugal since 2015, co-co-hosting Interact Lisbon in 2016 (and 2022!), actively engaging in numerous IAB committees and task forces, co-authoring IAB Europe’s “Guide to Digital Transformation” and hosting more than a couple of online events. He is often a guest lecturer of digital marketing at 3 Universities' Post Grad courses in Lisbon. This is after 3 decades in marketing communications that saw him founding Ogilvy Interactive in Lisbon in 1998, heading operations at Wunderman Worldwide in Istanbul in 2001, relaunching the BMW Group in Portugal in 2003 and becoming the executive director of the Ogilvy Group in Mozambique in 2008. He is fluent in 4 languages and can get by in two more. He believes the term ‘Digital Marketing’ should be abolished, since there is no ‘Marketing’ without ‘Digital’ today, and that every challenge now facing our industry is nothing but another Darwinian test

Suzanne has over 20 years of experience in the media/marketing sector. She is a former director of Independent Radio Sales, a founder of the Radio Awards, and is a former chairperson of the Outdoor Media Association. As a lecturer in DIT's marketing department Suzanne developed digital marketing course content. Her background in radio and outdoor advertising coupled with her legal and digital advertising expertise ensures that she is equipped to play a leading role in the development of Ireland's online advertising industry as CEO for IAB Ireland, the international trade organisation for digital advertising. Membership of IAB Ireland includes all the key stakeholders in the Irish digital advertising market from multinationals such as Google, Facebook, Twitter to all the key Irish digital media owners, advertising agencies, digital specialists and brands. Under Suzanne’s leadership IAB Ireland’s outputs across best practice, research, training and policy have driven growth of the Irish digital market since 2010 by 139% to €263m. Suzanne has recently joined the board of IAB Europe and is also a director of the Irish International Business Network (IIBN) Ireland.
A founder of IAB Greece in 2001 and co-founder of IAB Europe in 2002, Constantine served as IAB Europe’s Chairman of the Board of Directors from May 2013 to September 2018 and currently continues to be engaged with IAB Europe as the association's Chairman Emeritus. He is also an adviser to OPA Europe, working with a select group of premium content providers on the association’s “best practices in digital publishing” program. In his native Greece, he sits on the Boards of leading digital companies, advising them on Strategy & Business Development as well as Corporate and Brand Communications.
Giorgio Mennella is the Advertising Director of the publishing group Ciaopeople.
He started his career in international cooperation, working with Unicef and several NGOs, subsequently moving to the digital business as Project Manager of the publishing group AgoraVox.
In 2013 he joined Ciaopeople as Head of Marketing & Business Development. After successfully launching the native advertising segment of Fanpage.it and the branded content unit of The Jackal, Mennella was entrusted with the entire advertising division of the group. He is a member of the IAB Italy Board of Directors since 2019 and also of IAB Europe, as well as part of the technical committee of Audicom.
Marianne Bugge Zederkof is Deputy Managing Director at IAB DK/Danske Medier. Danske Medier is the industry organization for all private media in Denmark, including newspapers, commercial radios, magazines, digital news publishers and commercial tv. Danske Medier is also the national IAB DK representing agencies, digital techplatforms, marketplaces etc.

Her current focus is on media quality and data integrity policy, process and governance to support GroupM EMEA’s digital strategy.
As General Manager E-Commerce & Advertising, Robert Blanck is responsible for all activities related to the user, website, and advertising that go beyond traditional ad sales. In his more than ten years at BILD and the Axel Springer media brands, he has developed new, sustainable business models, for example, through the founding of the BILD Shop, the monetization of users despite adblockers or the development and introduction of TCF 2.0. His expertise in assessing the commercial consequences of technical and regulatory changes in the market keeps him very busy on the issues of GDPR, ePrivacy, Google Privacy Sandbox, and a customized data strategy. In addition, Robert Blanck is part of many different national and international associations and working groups dealing with the exciting challenges of changing the advertising ecosystem.
As Senior Director, Publisher Thomas Mendrina is responsible for Xandr' sell side business in Central Europe. One of his main goals is to strengthen the relationship with all publishers. In his previous position as General Manager International he was in charge of the development of the consent management platform Sourcepoint in Europe. Previously, Mendrina led the Media Publishing business unit at Google in the DACH region and, as Head of Marketplace Development, also accelerated the programmatic growth of the Google Ad Exchange.
