On 12th March, we hosted our Sustainability Case Study Webinar, where we showcased real-world case studies on the Decarbonisation of the digital advertising supply chain, available on our Sustainability Hub.
In this session, industry experts presented their tangible efforts to drive emissions reduction, discussed key challenges and opportunities, and provided actionable recommendations for businesses looking to implement sustainable practices in reducing their carbon footprint.
PubMatic launched a decarbonisation initiative to run a sustainable video campaign for a major e-commerce client. The goals were to reduce the carbon footprint of digital ad delivery and improve video performance metrics like viewability and completion rates.

This collaboration between Impact Plus and L'Oréal is aimed to measure and reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from digital ad delivery by leveraging Impact Plus's technological solutions and getting support from their Sustainable Media Analysts.

In 2023, GumGum, the contextual-first technology leader, announced a new partnership with Cedara, the Carbon Intelligence Platform. Using Cedara’s software solution, GumGum was able to access carbon measurement, reduction and reporting tools, a carbon compensation marketplace, and the ability to seamlessly sync emissions data with brand and agency partners through the platform.
