Townsend Feehan is CEO of IAB Europe. Prior to joining IAB Europe, Townsend worked for Microsoft Legal & Corporate Affairs in Brussels and ran EU industry associations in the ICT, consumer electronics and biotechnology sectors. She previously represented Microsoft on IAB Europe’s Board. Townsend has an M. Phil. in European policy from the University of Edinburgh.

Dr. Daniel Knapp is Chief Economist at IAB Europe. He is an advertising and media analyst with more than 15 years of international experience. He has served in leadership roles spanning market analysis, strategic advisory, and business intelligence. Daniel spent 11 years at IHS Markit, latterly as Executive Director for Technology, Media and Telecoms. He was also an associated expert on media and AI at the European Commission. Daniel received his PhD from the London School of Economics (LSE) on the sociology of algorithms and the datafication of media. In addition to his role at IAB Europe, he is CSO at Twins Digital, a marketing services company, and partner at Ecuiti, a data science firm.

With his focus on putting the consumer, customer, and team development at the heart of business, Tiernan is leading Diageo's next-generation data-driven marketing, analytics, and e-commerce initiatives in Ireland and through Diageo's new European digital hub based in Dublin.

Alessandra Marinacci is an experienced brand and marketing professional who is currently responsible for all the brands of TIM Group. Before stepping into this position she had responsibilities in the tourism industry as Marketing Director overseeing Club Med brand's relaunch in Southern Europe and Emerging Markets among other projects. In 2015 she joined Puig to manage the flagship brand Paco Rabanne in PUIG and was coordinating all the media activities for the beauty brands of the group including Prada, Jean Paul Gaultier and Valentino. The previous 8 years she had growing responsibilities in the brand marketing team of Red Bull, in Italy and at global level as well. She moved the first step in the brand and marketing sector in P&G after the first work experience in the international institutions as European Economist. Throughout her multiple years in professional positions, she has managed teams across EMEA. Currently, she sits on the board of Telecontact Center, in the Association Historical Archive of Olivetti, Dress For Success, an organization that supports female empowerment, she is also a member of La Carica delle 101, a women's association supporting Italian startups, and a member of the CMO Council Europe Advisory Board.

Sascha Dolling, born in 1979, has been General Manager of Mediaplus Realtime since January 2022 and is primarily responsible for the internationalisation of data-driven advertising for the entire agency group. Based in Hamburg, he leads the development of globally applicable innovative, programmatic and data-driven media solutions.

Until 2021, Sascha Dolling was Senior Ad Tech Sales Manager at Amazon Ads, where he was responsible for sales of Amazon's entire Ad Tech Suite for clients such as Procter & Gamble, L'Oréal and Nestlé. Before that, the media science graduate spent three years at OMD Hamburg as Managing Partner Data Driven Marketing, where he was responsible for the further development of the agency's strategic orientation in programmatic and data-driven advertising. In this role Sascha became Tyto’s “Most Influential German in the Technology Sector 2020” for being the driving force behind the development of an early cookie-less targeting solution.

Until 2017, he was Director Digital Media Optimisation at G+J e|MS, where he was responsible for the entire yield management as well as the development and expansion of programmatic advertising. Further stations were Tchibo, Initiative Media and pilot.


Global Digital Media Strategy Lead at Sanofi Consumer Healthcare
Anna is an expert in digital advertising, with 10+ years of experience (both on agency and advertiser side). In 2019 she joined Sanofi CHC to accelerate digital transformation and scale Precision Marketing approach. She is responsible for learning agenda & digital best practice roll-out, including Responsible Media. Sanofi CHC is member of Global Alliance of Responsible Media (GARM), Anna took part in working groups discussions on establishing sustainability standards for digital advertising, initiative lead by GARM & Ad Net Zero. Before this role, she has several positions at Dentsu France, fostering her knowledge in Ad-tech & Programmatic buying.

Michael Isaacs-Olaye

At IAS Michael Olaye leads Business Development for EMEA, working across Programmatic and Social Platforms and partnerships as well as helping to build out IAS’s gaming business globally. He has almost 14 years of experience in digital advertising and Ad tech.Prior to his role at IAS he held a similar position at Outbrain leading Business Development for EMEA and prior to that working at Rubicon Project (Magnite), where he lead the Buy-side for the Nordics and the UK.Previous to that Michael lived in Stockholm, Sweden for 7 years where he worked at local publishers The Local and Keystone Education Group leading international agency relationships.

A co-founder of IAB Europe in 2002 and its longest-serving BoD Chairman, Constantine is Chairman Emeritus of IAB Europe since September 2018. He is also a Project Lead at the European Online Publishers Association (OPA Europe), where he works with a select group of premium news brands on the association's "Best Practices in Digital Publishing" program. In his native Greece, he sits on the boards of leading digital companies, advising them on strategy and business development, as well as corporate and brand communications.

In a parallel life, Constantine is a best-selling author in his native Greece. His fourth novel, published by AthensVoice Books, will be available on bookstands in early May.

Pérez Montequi

Head of Sales Italy & Spain at Samsung Ads
Beatriz Pérez Montequi owns a university degree in Communication Sciences and another in Law. She started her career in media and advertising in Grupo Prisa more than 20 years ago. After 5 years she moved to Discovery Networks where, during 13 years as senior Commercial Director, she was responsible of the start-up and creation of a sales infrastructure in Spain, Portugal and later France and during the last period she also managed the distribution business. Currently as Head of Sales of Samsung Ads for Italy and Spain, Beatriz is responsible of the optimization of Samsung Ads portfolio in the region with the ambition to become a key partner for advertisers and media agencies by helping them finding their right consumers and reach them in the most relevant possible way.

David Cohen joined IAB in April 2020 as President and was named Chief
Executive Officer in September 2020. Cohen is a widely respected advertising
agency leader who, prior to IAB, served as President, North America for
MAGNA, Interpublic Group’s (IPG) centralized media intelligence, investment,
and innovation arm. In this role, Cohen was responsible for more than $20
billion in media spend. During his tenure, Cohen structured and executed large
global transactions on behalf of IPG and its clients, with such major IAB
member companies as Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Spotify, Twitter, and
Verizon Media. 93

Prior to MAGNA, Cohen served as Chief Investment Officer of UM, ensuring that digital innovation, data, and technology acumen flowed throughout the agency to drive performance. 26 From 2001 to 2011, Cohen served in critical, transformational roles at UM during the explosive growth of digital advertising,
including Chief Media Officer, Chief Digital Officer, and Executive Vice President, U.S. Director of Digital Communications. In the late 1990’s, Cohen was responsible for launching and building IPG’s digital practice.

Cohen has a long history of working with trade organizations including IAB and 4As, where he served as chairman of the Interactive Marketing Committee from 2009-2013. He has also been instrumental in initiating several vital industry-wide programs, including the Future of Television, facilitated by EY. Cohen
is a Queens native, with a bachelor’s degree in communications from Adelphi University. He was recognised by Adweek as a “Media All Star” and was part of the “Adweek 50” in 2012.

In 2016, David was elected to the Board of Directors of Partnership with Children a non-profit whose mission is to strengthen the emotional, social, and cognitive skills of vulnerable children in New York City to help them succeed in school, society, and life.

David enjoys spending time with his wife and two teenage daughters. A self-described gadget-geek and sometimes fitness fanatic – he ran the NYC Marathon in 2014 and 2019 and Boston Marathon in 2016.

Arthur Millet is an expert in digital advertising. Since the early 2000s, Arthur Millet has mainly worked in the media world. He was notably the Director of Digital Advertising at Le Monde and for Amaury Media Group, and Managing Director of La Place Media, before becoming Director of Operations at Realytics (RTL Adconnect). He joined IAB France at the beginning of 2022 to take over the general management.

Paul-Antoine Strullu

Paul-Antoine Strullu is Head of EMEA at Scope3. A solution-minded adtech expert and leader, he has taken on the digital sustainability journey as his next challenge. At Scope3, he oversees market development, business and operations across Europe.

Paul-Antoine began his career in aerospace before transitioning to designing complex software solutions. He significantly contributed to the development and ecosystem building across Europe at AppNexus (later known as Xandr). His efforts played a crucial role in the company's acquisition by AT&T and later by Microsoft, where he assumed a General Management role for International Markets.
With his adtech expertise, Paul-Antoine brings extensive industry experience in product and go-to-market strategies. He is passionate about staying up-to-date with evolving topics such as privacy and regulation.

As a business leader, Paul-Antoine champions cultural differences and aligning work with purpose. He has had the opportunity to break down silos within organisations of various sizes and actively mentors the next generation of tech leaders.

He is a French citizen and lives in Paris, France, with his wife and two sons.

A seasoned digital executive, with a wealth of experience across advertising, ad tech, commerce, and data strategies, Lauren has run sales and strategy across all major agency groups, as well as GroupM business at Weve - a joint venture from O2, EE and Vodafone to pool their marketing data. Christer leads the Schibsted Marketing Services data capabilities function. The data function delivers on advertising data strategy implementation, ad targeting and measurement product development and operations. Schibsted has a strategy of mixing strong vendor partnerships with dedicated in-house product and engineering teams. Current focus areas included delivering solutions for off site retail media, reach and brand uplift measurements, identity handling and selectively applying AI models to targeting.

An industry veteran, Christer has worked across different media and advertising roles with experiences from both agencies and tech side, but spent most of his career in the leading Nordic media company Schibsted. Christer is optimistic on the future of the advertising industry and believes that the current wave of change will deliver more transparent, more accountable and more sustainable advertising.

Anthony Katsur is a digital media veteran with more than twenty-five years of executive leadership at the intersection of technology innovation, business strategy, and growth. As Chief Executive Officer for IAB Tech Lab, Katsur is responsible for overseeing product, engineering, membership, and operations teams for the digital advertising industry's global technical standards-setting organisation.

Katsur has previously held business and technology leadership positions at companies including DoubleClick, MediaMath, Rubicon, Sonoboi, and most recently Nexstar Media Group, and more. A sought-after speaker, he has appeared at events including the National Association of Broadcasters, AdAge’s Brand Summit, and Advertising Week and has been quoted in AdAge, Adweek, AdExchanger, Digiday and The Wall Street Journal.


IAB Europe's Post Third-Party Cookie Working Group Lead
As VP, Market Activation at Magnite, Pete Danks is responsible for the development and implementation of industry & client solutions globally, with a focus on data, identity and addressability. He has over 20 years of experience working across the digital advertising industry, specialising in building international teams and taking products to market. In addition to his role at Magnite, Pete leads IAB Europe's Post Third-Party Cookie Working Group, an initiative dedicated to helping members and the wider community navigate the upcoming deprecation of third-party cookies.

Prior to Magnite, Pete founded and was CEO of Carbon, a DMP with unique revenue and contextual tools. Carbon was acquired by Magnite in 2022.

Earlier in his career, Pete led one of Google’s retail teams, managing a portfolio of some of the UK’s largest retail, ecommerce and price-comparison businesses. He has also held senior marketing, management and commercial roles with brands including Yahoo!, Kelkoo, MOO.COM and Firebox, with digital agency experience prior to his client side roles.

With over 15 years of media experience, James Allison leads Advertima's market development across EMEA. He passionately advocates for Advertima's cutting-edge In-Store Audience AI, empowering retailers and partners to harness its full potential. James brings a unique blend of expertise in traditional media (having worked with giants like Clear Channel) and retail media, data, and insights (developing partnerships for a top UK retailer like ASDA and managing clients for Circana, a leader in CPG/FMCG loyalty programs and point-of-sale insights). Suzanne has over 20 years of experience in the media/marketing sector. She is a former director of Independent Radio Sales, a founder of the Radio Awards, and is a former chairperson of the Outdoor Media Association. As a lecturer in DIT's marketing department Suzanne developed digital marketing course content. Her background in radio and outdoor advertising coupled with her legal and digital advertising expertise ensures that she is equipped to play a leading role in the development of Ireland's online advertising industry as CEO for IAB Ireland, the international trade organisation for digital advertising. Membership of IAB Ireland includes all the key stakeholders in the Irish digital advertising market from multinationals such as Google, Facebook, Twitter to all the key Irish digital media owners, advertising agencies, digital specialists and brands. Under Suzanne’s leadership IAB Ireland’s outputs across best practice, research, training and policy have driven growth of the Irish digital market since 2010 by 139% to €263m. Suzanne has recently joined the board of IAB Europe and is also a director of the Irish International Business Network (IIBN) Ireland.

Inés Talavera

Public Policy Manager

As a Public Policy Manager, Inés monitors EU policy, legislative developments and plans, executes the advocacy strategy of the organization, and serves as an EU institutional liaison related to the online media and advertising industry. She joins the IAB team with experience at the European Commission in International Data Flows and Protection through the BlueBook programme and has legal experience in data protection and corporate law. Inés holds a Master’s in Legal Practice as well as a dual Bachelor’s in Business & Law from Carlos III University of Madrid (UC3M), which she earned through studies in Spain, Germany and the USA.


Head of International Retail Media Sales (EMEA & APAC) at Microsoft

Kim Ludlow Heads the International Retail Media Sales Division for Microsoft Advertising. She is responsible for introducing Microsoft's Omnichannel Digital Retail Media platform across EMEA and APAC.

Kim has spent over 20+ years across Digital Advertising, working within the Retail sector. She previously ran the retail media division at bringing a rich level of understanding within the retailer industry. Kim also launched and ran the UK's Grocery comparison website for 9 years, unlocking new-to-market shopper journey and pricing insights for brands and retailers. Most recently, she launched CitrusAd in the UK and France, where she spent 5 years.

Kim joined Microsoft in Sept 2022 bringing knowledge and expertise to help grow our retailer footprint. Driving and increasing Onsite, Offsite, Network and Instore knowledge with new and existing Microsoft Retail Partners.


Head of Ad Tech Sales, Southern Europe at Amazon Ads

Adrien joined Amazon Ads in 2014. He took part in the launch of the advertising business in France. He worked on structuring the retail media in France, and on developing relationships with media agencies. In 2020, he took over the management of Ad Tech sales in Southern Europe, bringing together planning, activation, and measurement capabilities with Amazon DSP, Amazon Publisher Direct, and Amazon Marketing Cloud.

He started his career with French publishers in the media and digital technology industry.

After graduating in Economics and Business, Marco Magnaghi worked in management consulting where he oversaw local and international business transformation projects, then he moved to an Italian FMGC brand where he served as Strategic Marketing Manager. In 2014, he joined GroupM as Chief Digital Officer at Maxus and later in Wavemaker. In this role, he supported clients of the market-leading media agency in managing the digital budgets of Italian and multinational companies, with a particular focus on digital transformation. At the end of 2023, he has become Managing Director of GroupM Nexus, supporting Wavemaker, EssenceMediacom and Mindshare in the activation of digital media campaigns and the development of digital transformation projects.

Erika Barbieri, born in 1988, Client Lead at Mediaplus for the past 2 years. Based in Milan, she has a +10 years experience in both traditional and digital strategies. Her core task is to evaluate clients’ media and marketing objectives, finding the best ATL, digital and unconventional solutions that can guarantee the most efficient and performing results. Today and in the past she has always had the chance to manage multiple clients of different market categories (fashion, beauty care, finance, home appliances, utilities, FMCG…) which has given her the chance to build a strong knowledge on different communication goals: awareness, brand repositioning campaigns, CRM building campaigns, conversion focused campaigns.

Before joining Mediaplus, she was Digital Manager at PHD, OmnicomMediagroup where she worked for 6 years, where she was in charge of a team, to oversee the integration, execution and performance of the activities through all the workflow, from creative agency to technology providers, client and Omnicom internal cross functional teams.

She's an enthusiast in what she does, that's why she's often involved in pitches and new businesses for both local and international markets.

As SVP & Managing Director, EMEA Nick is responsible for the execution of DoubleVerify’s business growth and partnership strategy across the region. Nick has 20+ years’ experience in the advertising, media and technology space. Prior to joining DV, Nick was Global Head of Agency Partnerships at Adobe Advertising Cloud, responsible for scaling the Holding Company relationships across the Adobe Experience Cloud software suite, a role he took on after Adobe’s acquisition of TubeMogul where he had built the European business as Managing Director. Prior to TubeMogul, Nick was MD of IgnitionOne, also after the company acquired the Display Exchange AdJug where he was VP of Advertising. Nick started his career at Mindshare Digital at the beginning of 2000.

Rachel Smith is co-founder and CEO of ExchangeWire, and oversees the company’s global operations. Rachel has more than 12 years experience in the digital media, advertising and marketing industry. Prior to this, she spent 10 years in the public sector working with policy advisors and elected politicians at both a local and national level in the UK & Australia. Amongst many other things, this included running media, communications & PR functions for local government authorities in London. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the Australian National University, and is on the Board of Trustees for the East London based charity, the Bromely-by-Bow Centre.

Steve leads the client measurement team at TikTok, covering Europe, Israel and Global Gaming teams. He helps advertisers and agencies grow the impact of their investments on TikTok via proprietary first party tools, and an extensive range of third party measurement partnerships. Steve has over 20 years experience in measurement, analytics, and insights roles, and over a decade in leadership positions at Meta, eBay and Finder prior to joining TikTok. Steve's experience is grounded in extensive hands on execution of experimentation, customer segmentation, media mix modelling, brand and performance campaign measurement, and analytics consulting experience across a wide range of industries.

Christoph is an experienced tech and privacy lawyer.

As a SVP Data & D2C within RTL Deutschland’s legal department he is responsible for legal topics around use of data.

This covers all data related activities within RTL Deutschland and its sales house AdAlliance.

Christoph has a special focus on advertising related data processing. He is also responsible for defining the legal framework for use of AI within RTL Deutschland.

Christoph is chair of the TCF policy working group at IAB Europe since 2019. He has further been involved in several industry initiatives within the German market such as netID.

Rowena Lam leads privacy technology programs at IAB TechLab where she is responsible for initiatives that help the digital media ecosystem comply with global data privacy regulation. She brings years of experience in product management of ad-supported casual games on mobile and web.


Director, Privacy Sandbox Partnerships EMEA at Google
Hanne has 25+ years of experience in digital marketing, transformation and go-to-market strategy in EMEA. She leads the product partnerships team for Privacy & Chrome, whose mission is to enable a healthy web and app ecosystem in EMEA with a focus on privacy. Previous to product partnerships, Hanne spent eight years in the senior management team leading the Google UK sales organization. Before Google, Hanne held EMEA leadership roles in agency and publisher businesses.

Elena Turtureanu is an international lawyer, legal and privacy expert who advises c-level and senior leaders on complex legal and privacy matters. Elena currently leads Adform’s global data protection, privacy and regulatory compliance, with focus on product strategy, go to market, public policy and regulatory matters. She served in various senior legal and leadership roles navigating complex and changing industry and regulatory landscape in the EU on ad tech, mobile, identity, software enterprise and Artificial Intelligence. Elena is forward-thinking privacy expert with focus on building and developing scalable data protection and privacy standards, compliance practices and policies in fast paced innovative environments.

Julien has over a decade of programmatic and ad tech experience, starting with OAS (a publisher ad server) that was then acquired by AppNexus – where he undertook consultant and solutions engineer roles. He then continued to progress through to Product and Systems Architect roles as the business was bought by AT&T, and then subsequently Microsoft. Julien most recently joined Utiq, the telco powered ID solution where he acts as COO for the French market. For the past three years, he has also served as Chair of the TCF working group at IAB, responsible for developing the technical solution.


Project Coordinator 
Over the last two years Martina coordinated the development and roll-out of EDAA’s Advanced Advertising Transparency Programme (AATP), supporting the industry in
finding common strategies to face the regulatory challenges of the Digital Services Act. She closely monitors EU policy developments in the digital sector and contributes to EDAA’s efforts to deliver transparency, choice and control to
consumers across Europe. With a keen interest in civil rights in the digital age, Martina previously managed EU- and US-funded projects with a focus on digital education, online safety and disinformation. She has a background in international
relations and intercultural communication with a specialisation in comparative constitutional law.

With over two decades of senior-level experience in media and digital advertising, Horne is a seasoned Sales expert renowned for driving revenue and acquiring customers across the UK and Europe. Prior to joining Ogury, Horne held the position of RVP Northern Europe at adtech measurement and analytics platform DoubleVerify, where he was instrumental in expanding the company’s operating footprint and revenue growth in the region. He also served as Managing Director EMEA at global media and hospitality business Time Out Group, leading operations and overseeing the company’s digital transformation whilst scaling revenue across EMEA. Horne’s extensive background includes roles at prominent digital advertising technology and media companies such as Say Media (formerly VideoEgg) and Haymarket.

at Comscore
Paul Goode is responsible for strategic partnerships for Comscore internationally with a primary focus on cross-media audience and campaign measurement. He works with joint industry committees and has been heavily involved in the World Federation of Advertisers’ Halo measurement initiative.

Paul has over 25 years’ experience in the mobile and media measurement industries, including five years at Motorola, and three years at M:Metrics, a pioneer in mobile measurement, before it was acquired by Comscore in 2008.

Giulia primarily focuses on assisting companies operating in the internet advertising market, providing consultancy and assistance in data protection matters across various sectors, e-commerce, supporting digital startups, and commercial contract law. She has been appointed as the Data Protection Officer for several entities: her task is to support them in compliance with data protection regulations, as well as oversee adherence to its provisions. In particular, Giulia is an expert in Big Data, digital advertising, and provides daily assistance to clients operating at various levels of the programmatic advertising chain.

Alexander holds the position of public policy manager within the Meta EU Affairs team. He is responsible for all topics related to data protection, privacy, cybersecurity, and law enforcement access to data. He is based in Brussels.

Prior to joining Meta, Alexander was a Policy Director at BSA | The Software Alliance's Brussels office where he advised member companies on issues related to privacy, security, and cybercrime. Previously, Alexander also held the position of Senior Policy Manager at DIGITALEUROPE where he worked on similar topics. He holds a Master's degree in EU Affairs from Lund University (Lund, Sweden) and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science & Economics from Bates College (Maine, USA).

He has worked as Marketing Manager for RCS New Media and De Agostini Multimedia, as Director for Italy at Ogilvy Interactive, and later founded Yoda, the first Italian company specialized in Multichannel CRM.

He was Marketing and Business Development Director at Doxa, where he contributed to the development of the company's digital offerings. Subsequently, he joined the Assist group, where he held roles in marketing and consulting in both mobile applications and CRM.

From 2017 until June 2019, he served as Marketing and Business Development Director for Campus Party, the world's largest event dedicated to open innovation, with over 70 editions across 4 continents. He is now General Manager of IAB Italy.

Erika developed the new Group positioning, created the brand Nexi and she coordinates
all marketing communication activities for Nexi in Italy and across Europe, also supporting the Distribution Partners in their communication initiatives related digital payments.

She represents Nexi as Board Member at Feduf and at AssoNebb.

In her past, Erika covered different roles within UniCredit Group, as Head of Marketing Communication for the Italian Retail Bank, then at international level in the Private
Banking and in the Wealth Management segments, and she has been Group Head of Customer Insight. Before joining UniCredit, she had the responsibility of Marketing
Communication and Product Management for companies in different industries from sport-watches to home electronics and web services.

In her professional life she launched many different brands: Krups, Freedomland, UniCredit, Cordusio Wealth Management and finally Nexi.
