Charlotte Bricard is a media journalist who works for several BtoB magazines and Tv channels in France such as CB News or BFM Business. She worked for years for « Culture Pub » an iconic tv show dedicated to the very best of international advertising. She is a marketing expert with numerous investigations on consumer society, communication techniques and marketing strategies. She also was the Master of Ceremony of the last Ad&Tech Summit in Paris (IAB / Mobile Marketing Association)

Chief Economist at IAB Europe

Dr. Daniel Knapp is Chief Economist at IAB Europe. He is an advertising and media analyst with more than 15 years of international experience. He has served in leadership roles spanning market analysis, strategic advisory, and business intelligence. Daniel spent 11 years at IHS Markit, latterly as Executive Director for Technology, Media and Telecoms. He was also an associated expert on media and AI at the European Commission. Daniel received his PhD from the London School of Economics (LSE) on the sociology of algorithms and the datafication of media. In addition to his role at IAB Europe, he is CSO at Twins Digital, a marketing services company, and partner at Ecuiti, a data science firm.

Artur is a Director of Product and Innovation at Xaxis EMEA with over 8 years of experience in programmatic. In his role, Artur works across a range of projects driving innovation regionally and globally for Xaxis. His team and he are responsible for building solutions specifically tailored to client needs, thus, helping them achieve their desired business outcomes from their digital investments and then scaling these solutions across the region. 

Coming from an operational background with a strong interest in new emerging technologies, Artur is focused on driving the understanding of these technologies and the opportunities they bring to advertisers.

Anthony Katsur

Anthony Katsur is a digital media veteran with more than twenty-five years of executive leadership at the intersection of technology innovation, business strategy, and growth. As Chief Executive Officer for IAB Tech Lab, Katsur is responsible for overseeing product, engineering, membership, and operations teams for the digital advertising industry's global technical standards-setting organization.

Katsur has previously held business and technology leadership positions at companies including DoubleClick, MediaMath, Rubicon, Sonoboi, and most recently Nexstar Media Group, and more. A sought-after speaker, he has appeared at events including the National Association of Broadcasters, AdAge’s Brand Summit, and Advertising Week and has been quoted in AdAge, Adweek, AdExchanger, Digiday and The Wall Street Journal.

Lisa brings a wealth of experience across a broad range of disciplines and client sectors. Starting her career at MediaCom in London where she worked with clients from the worlds of Finance, FMCG, Retail, Entertainment, Government, Automotive and Luxury.

Lisa’s previous roles include Strategy Development Director for WPP in the UK. Working across the UK business in every area of the communications and marketing landscape, from Communications to Commerce, Technology to Experience bringing together diverse capabilities to build extraordinary solutions for clients. 

Lisa joined GroupM UK in 2020 becoming the Chief Transformation & Integration Officer, providing leadership for transformation programmes, helping GroupM deliver on its mission to shape the next era of media where advertising works better for people. 

Since May 2022, in her role as Chief Operating Officer for GroupM EMEA Lisa’s remit encompasses large scale transformation programmes across the region, Innovation, Technology and M&A. Based in London, Lisa reports to Demet Ikiler, GroupM EMEA CEO.


Lisa is an alumni of Management Today’s 35 under 35, a Cannes judge (Creative Data 2021) and is currently completing a post-grad diploma in AI for Business at The University of Oxford.

Carrie Timms is Director of Customer Marketing EMEA at Facebook and is responsible for leading a c100 strong team tasked with creating business marketing programs aimed at audiences such as advertising clients, media and creative agencies, publishers, developers, gamers, and all businesses large and small.

Prior to this, she was Vice President of Global Media, Categories and Partnerships at Unilever, and was primarily responsible for the strategic articulation of multi-market media channel plans for the world’s second-biggest advertiser, as well as leading Joint Business Plans in the marketing arena, for Unilever’s key global partners. She additionally contributed to the diversity and inclusion agenda in Unilever, by leading the global strategy for race equity.

Carrie was born in Ghana and moved to the UK when she was 3 years old and completed her formal education by attaining a BA honors degree in Jurisprudence from Oxford University. She started her career with Carlton TV (now ITV) in 2002, before moving to Mindshare as an investment planner working her way up to group director before departure. Subsequent roles have included media positions in blue-chip companies such as Nestle and Reckitt Benckiser, ultimately culminating in her current position.

Carrie is extremely passionate about promoting gender and race diversity in the workplace, and along with mentoring young career women, has also just launched a podcast aimed at young black women in the marketing industry.

She is married with two young daughters and in her spare time, when not discussing Disney characters, can be found circuit training or enjoying her husband’s great cooking.

Adrián Vázquez Lázara

Member of the European Parliament for Ciudadanos

Adrián Vázquez Lázara (Madrid, 1982) is a Member of the European Parliament for Ciudadanos, which is part of the liberal political group Renew Europe.

He chairs the European Parliament's Committee on Legal Affairs (JURI) and is a substitute member of the Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development (AGRI).

Prior to his election as an MEP after Brexit, Adrian was Cabinet Director of the Citizens' delegation to the European Parliament. From there, he coordinated Ciudadanos' European and international activity and played a key role in both the party's entry into the European liberal ALDE family and the electoral coalition with Emmanuel Macron's party that resulted in the current Renew Europe group.

With a master's degree in international relations from the University of Warwick (UK) and a degree in international studies from Lindenwood University (Missouri, USA), he developed his professional career prior to politics in the area of international relations. He has worked in various international organisations such as the OSCE, NATO and the Korean Trade Agency. He has also worked as a public affairs consultant.

Dr. Stefanie Beckmann is Director of Digital Media Ecosystem at Seven.One Entertainment Group GmbH, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE. Since October 2020, the platform-independent entertainment company combines all the channel brands of the group, as well as the content, digital, distribution, and marketing business under one roof. Seven.One Entertainment Group is considered an innovation driver in the AdTech field and stands for strong content brands that DACH talks about – on all platforms.

Beckmann joined ProSiebenSat.1´s entertainment segment in 2017, orchestrating ad integration and media sales for ProSiebenSat.1´s streaming platform Joyn, spearheading the development and scaling of data-driven ad products and leading strategic privacy projects, among others. Chairman Emeritus at IAB Europe

A co-founder of IAB Europe in 2002 and its longest-serving BoD Chairman, Constantine is Chairman Emeritus of IAB Europe since September 2018. He is also a Project Lead at the European Online Publishers Association (OPA Europe), where he works with a select group of premium news brands on the association's "Best Practices in Digital Publishing" program. In his native Greece, he sits on the boards of leading digital companies, advising them on strategy and business development, as well as corporate and brand communications.
In a parallel life, Constantine is a best-selling author in his native Greece. His fourth novel, published by AthensVoice Books, will be available on bookstands in early May.

Beatriz Pérez Montequi holds a university degree in Communication Sciences and another in Law. She started her career in media and advertising in Grupo Prisa more than 20 years ago. After 5 years she moved to Discovery Networks where, during 13 years as senior Commercial Director, she was responsible for the start-up and creation of a sales infrastructure in Spain, Portugal and later France and during the last period she also managed the distribution business. Currently, as Head of Sales of Samsung Ads for Italy and Spain, Beatriz is responsible for the optimisation of the Samsung Ads portfolio in the region with the ambition to become a key partner for advertisers and media agencies by helping them find the right consumers and reach them in the most relevant possible way.

Andy Brown

CEO of The Attention Council 

Following a degree in Marketing, Andy started his career at Anglia Television, now part of the UK commercial network ITV. He then joined BMRB, now part of Kantar; where responsibilities included the international expansion of the company's single-source consumer TGI survey into Europe and Latin America, an initiative which led to the formation of the KMR Group and his subsequent appointment as CEO in 2001.

After the acquisition of TNS in 2008 and a number of high-profile acquisitions and strategic partnerships in North America, Latin America and Asia, Andy formed the board of Kantar Media and was named CEO of the combined business, a position he has held from 2013 till 2020 (whilst also being on the Kantar Executive Committee). That business managed Kantar’s global interest in Audience Measurement, Reputation Intelligence, TGI and Advertising Intelligence. He left Kantar after the successful sale of the business to Bain Capital.

Since leaving Kantar and with over 30years of research experience, Andy has taken on a number of consulting and advisory roles. These range from posts with Dynata (market research), The One Partnership (talent/brand partnerships), Digital I (SVOD audience research), TVision and The Attention Council (specialist measurement of the attention economy).

Maylis Chevalier is Director of Innovation and Digital Product, a newly created position that facilitates the transformation of Vocento Group from an advertising-centric to a user-centric organization in order to create sustained growth. She is actively driving strategic initiatives as well as closely leveraging international trends in tech and digital media and in inspiring change through the Vocento MediaLab. Maylis started at Procter & Gamble in France then moved to Berlin, where she embraced her media and digital career at Axel Springer. She held Senior Management roles in adsales and marketing in Hamburg, New York and Prague. She later joined Gruner+Jahr International as Director Business & Strategy in charge of various countries including Spain where she later took over as Group Publishing Director. After restructuring the company, she accepted re-launching the adtech business of Ligatus Spain, part of Bertelsmann Group. At the same time she finds her balance being a social entrepreneur with her NGO in Nepal, a computer lab she now intends to turn into a coding school, but also with teaching professionals at IDSI as well as ski racing and diving. Last but not least she is an active investor in the Spanish start-up ecosystem.

Claire O’Flynn

Head of Agency Solutions at The Irish Times and the Irish Examiner Group 

Claire O’Flynn started her career at Dennis Publishing and was part of the team to re-launch The Big Issue before launching their agency division. Joining the Guardian in 2015, she was later appointed Display Director before relocating to Cork from London in 2020 to take up the role of Digital Strategist with the Irish Examiner.  In her recent appointment as Head of Agency Solutions across The Irish Times and the Irish Examiner Group, Claire is leading the alignment of two previously silo-ed teams into a single group media solutions offering. Brian is an active board member of Tech:NYC. Ninon leads the privacy-oriented work of IAB Europe and oversees the TCF compliance programmes. She has previously worked at Leboncoin Group in Paris, responsible for ePrivacy & GDPR legal compliance for advertising operations, and at Sirdata on data protection where she took part in developing a commercial Consent Management Platform. Prior to Sirdata, she worked as consultant for an advisory firm in strategy, crisis communications & public affairs.

Julien Delhommeau

Julien Delhommeau is a Staff System Architect at Xandr, in his role he acts as a bridge between product management and engineering teams to ensure product releases reflect end customer needs. Julien leverages his strong technical background and market expertise to help Xandr build and execute its strategy around identity, data privacy and audience. Julien has actively been involved in several IAB task forces, most recently on the IAB’s transparency & consent framework and privacy sandbox task force.

He also advises IAB Europe on programmatic developments in the market Co-chairing the third-party cookie taskforce and maintaining involvement in industry workflows such as Rearc and W3C. Prior to this, he led The Guardian’s programmatic solutions team. Andrew brings a passion for change and is a staunch advocate for publishers and advertisers taking ownership of their setup and delivery of programmatic executions in the market. Augustin Decré is in charge of Index Exchange’s activities for Southern Europe since he joined the company in 2019 as Regional Managing Director. Leading a 12 people team, he’s supervising both relationships with publishers or agencies and advertisers.

Laura Wade was promoted to VP, Head of Sustainability at Essence in 2022, having served as VP Content and Innovation in EMEA since 2018. In the role, Wade is empowered to build and scale sustainable practices at the agency, including an industry-leading media decarbonisation strategy. 

Wade is an active member of the IPA climate charter steering group, as well as GroupM's Mission Zero taskforce. She is also a non-executive trustee at the Arts Charity Lighthouse, connecting art, technology, science and society.

Alexander Kiock

Founder and Managing Director  of Diffferent

Alexander Kiock is founder and managing director of the strategy consultancy Diffferent (Berlin, Munich). With Diffferent, which the media science graduate (IJK Hannover) founded while still a student in 1997, he and 100 colleagues today advise companies in the fields of brand/pose, innovation/design and enablement/transformation. In 2017, Diffferent became part of the SYZYGY Group (now in the top 10 digital agency networks). Since 2018, he has also been active in the smart home initiative Universal Home for SYZYGY.

The overall strategy, the development of advertising solutions, internationalization and brand building are some of her main focuses. Jessica is a true digital marketing specialist and always looking for new business opportunities. Her track record includes 11 years at beauty giant L'Oréal, where she took on the role as Brand and Marketing Director and E-Commerce Business for various brands. This period has made Jessica a beauty addict and digital enthusiast. In her role as Director Retail Media at Douglas her big passion for brand building now falls together with her ambition to bring digital brand activation in e-ecommerce to the next level.

Benjamin Mueller is a senior policy analyst at the Center for Data Innovation, focusing on AI and technology governance. Prior to joining the Center he was chief of staff at a financial technology company in London. Dr. Mueller studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics at the University of Oxford, and completed his PhD in International Relations at the London School of Economics.
